Qualifications:

• At least 60 college credits completed
• Prior experience with children or in an educational setting is highly valued

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized, one-on-one assistance as well as small group support
• Help students with classroom assignments and participate in daily activities
• Offer encouragement and reinforcement of positive behaviors and classroom norms
• Support students’ social-emotional needs and contribute to a nurturing atmosphere
• Collaborate closely with teachers on lesson implementation and supervision
• Support students as they practice independence and daily living skills
• Maintain a welcoming, safe, and supportive space for all learners to grow
