• Capability and comfort providing personal care (e.g., lifting, diapering, feeding) and navigating challenging behaviors that may arise in the classroom
• Consistent reliability and demonstrated history of excellent attendance and punctuality
• Flexibility to work the full school-day schedule and accommodate evolving placement needs
• Reliable transportation and residence within a 30-35 minute commute
