Key Qualifications:

• Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Active Special Education Teaching License or Certificate in Arizona
• Prior experience as a paraprofessional within school settings
• Strong understanding of IEP compliance, placement procedures, and evaluation processes
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to work onsite (no virtual assignments available for this position)

Responsibilities:

• Guide the development, implementation, and assessment of IEPs aligned with student needs
