You will be instrumental in administering referral and evaluation processes, leading placement and review conferences, and providing essential curriculum coordination and staff development. Key Qualifications:
- Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Active Special Education Teaching License or Certificate in Arizona
- Prior experience as a paraprofessional within school settings
- Strong understanding of IEP compliance, placement procedures, and evaluation processes
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work onsite (no virtual assignments available for this position)
Responsibilities:
- Guide the development, implementation, and assessment of IEPs aligned with student needs
- Oversee referral, evaluation, placement, and review conferences for student services
- Collaborate with educators, multidisciplinary teams, and families to optimize student outcomes
