What you bring:

• Experience as a paraprofessional or personal care aide, especially in school settings

• Willingness to complete all required Pennsylvania clearances and health screenings, including Child Abuse and FBI checks, TB testing, and a physical
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working alongside teachers, specialists, and families

What you’ll do:

• Support students individually or in small groups, assisting with academic, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Help implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) or 504 plans as directed by certified staff
• Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Provide hands-on assistance with daily tasks, mobility, and personal care, as needed
• Communicate regularly with teaching staff to ensure student progress and well-being
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold district standards at all times
