These roles offer steady hours—work between 28.75 and 30 hours per week—providing valuable assistance to educators and students alike. Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree
• Previous experience in a school setting or with applied behavior analysis (ABA)
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Flexibility, patience, and a positive attitude
• Ability to adapt to different classroom needs throughout the school year

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer classroom support to teachers and help students access learning activities
• Assist with individualized instruction, adapting to students’ unique needs
• Help implement behavioral and academic plans as directed by teaching staff or specialists
• Foster a supportive, respectful, and safe learning environment for all students
• Track student progress and share observations with teachers and professionals as needed
• Use your experience to provide specialized support based on assignment
