Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree required
• Previous experience in a school setting or with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is strongly preferred

• Ability to adapt and work in partnership with teachers and staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom or small group support under the direction of teaching staff
• Assist students with academic, behavioral, or social activities as assigned
• Implement individualized student programs, including those designed through ABA techniques
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other paraprofessionals to successfully meet student needs
• Observe, record, and report student progress or concerns to the educational team
