Your expertise in fostering a positive and safe learning environment will be highly valued. You’ll work alongside dedicated educators to provide essential support, help manage classroom activities, and ensure students with diverse needs receive personalized attention.

Desired Qualifications:

• Crisis Prevention Training
• Paraprofessional certification for MN or completion of 60 college credits
• Experience working in a school setting or with children is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to be adaptable and patient in dynamic classroom environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with classroom management and instructional support
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students
• Monitor and encourage student engagement and participation
• Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for eligible students
• Support positive behavior interventions and ensure student safety
• Collaborate with other staff to maintain an inclusive, respectful classroom community
