You’ll work closely with teachers and educational staff, providing classroom assistance, supporting individualized learning plans, and encouraging students’ academic and social growth.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Previous experience as a school Paraprofessional or in a similar educational support role
• Ability to work effectively with students of varying ages and abilities
• Understanding of classroom management and instructional support practices
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with staff and students
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet diverse student needs

Your Responsibilities:

• Support teachers with daily classroom activities and instructional delivery
• Assist individual or small groups of students with academic tasks and engagement
