Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Prior experience as a school-based paraprofessional, teacher's aide, or related classroom support role
• Background working with students in special education settings (life skills, autism, behavioral)
• Ability to adapt communication and support to the unique needs of individual students
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive classroom environment
• Flexibility to work effectively across K-12 grade levels as needed
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with educators and staff

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional and behavioral support to students based on classroom assignment
• Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and support goals set by teaching staff
• Assist with daily activities, classroom routines, and academic tasks
• Cultivate a supportive, structured environment that encourages student growth and learning
• Assist in recording student progress and communicating observations to teachers and staff
