With three immediate openings, you’ll be joining a community committed to inclusivity and student growth, serving multiple school sites within the region.

Positions available include supporting virtual DHH (Deaf and Hard of Hearing) services as an itinerant facilitator (32 hours per week), as well as two PreK Special Education classroom support roles requiring personal care and diapering assistance (37.5 hours per week each).

What Are We Looking For?

• Prior experience in educational or behavioral support roles, preferably as a paraprofessional
• Experience with DHH (Deaf and Hard of Hearing) support or a willingness to learn (for DHH Facilitator role)
• Comfort and skill in providing personal care, including diapering, for young children with special needs
• Flexibility to travel between multiple school sites (for itinerant role)
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and service providers
• Strong communication, patience, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities May Include:

• Providing classroom, virtual, and one-on-one support to students
• Assisting with instructional activities and daily routines
• Supporting toileting, feeding, and personal care needs as appropriate
• Aiding the implementation of specialized educational plans
• Serving as a reliable liaison between staff and families
• Maintaining documentation and reporting as needed
