Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a supportive classroom role

• Patience, adaptability, and a sincere desire to help children succeed

Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 assistance and small group instruction under teacher direction
• Participate in classroom activities, adapting materials as necessary
• Monitor and document student progress
