Key Qualifications:

• Completion of at least 60 college credits
• Experience working with children or within a school environment is preferred

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one and small-group academic support to students
• Assist with daily classroom tasks and activities
• Promote positive behaviors and reinforce classroom expectations
• Support students’ social-emotional and behavioral needs
• Aid in development of student independence and daily living skills as necessary
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom atmosphere
• Collaborate closely with teachers and staff to achieve individual student goals
