What You’ll Do:

• Offer dedicated, individualized support to a Kindergarten student, using ASL to bridge communication.
• Work closely with experienced educators, contributing to meaningful academic, social, and emotional development.
• Implement positive reinforcement strategies and tailored instruction to foster a supportive learning atmosphere.
• Help cultivate a fun, engaging, and safe space for young children to thrive.

Desired Qualifications:

• A genuine passion for early childhood education and helping young learners succeed.
• Fluency in American Sign Language (ASL) to assist with day-to-day communication.
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and empathetic approach.

• Commitment to a Monday–Thursday/Friday schedule, up to 30 hours per week.
• Missouri DESE Paraprofessional or Substitute Certificate preferred, but not required.
