Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or similar role in a school environment preferred
• Ability to assist with classroom management and provide instructional support
• Compassionate, patient, and adaptable to diverse student needs
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or certifications in education or special education a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in daily classroom activities and lesson implementation
• Assist students individually and in small groups with assignments, activities, and social interactions
• Foster a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning atmosphere
• Help with behavior management and encourage positive student conduct
• Contribute to the preparation of teaching materials and organization of classroom resources
• Adapt support based on the evolving needs of the classroom and individual students
