What You Bring:

• Crisis Prevention Training is required
• Current Minnesota Paraprofessional certification or at least 60 completed college credits
• A passion for working with children and supporting their learning goals
• Adaptability and teamwork, thriving in a fast-paced classroom setting
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting teachers in classroom activities and providing individualized attention to students
• Assisting students with educational and behavioral needs
• Implementing strategies to foster an inclusive and positive learning atmosphere
• Helping with supervision during classroom transitions, lunch, or recess
• Collaborating with educators to customize instructional approaches
