Available Positions:

Preschool Paraprofessional

• Work with preschool-aged children in a nurturing setting
• Provide direct support to one student during morning classes and assist a different student in the afternoon
• Collaborate with teachers to reinforce learning activities and encourage social development

Middle School Paraprofessional

• Support a middle school student engaged in a modified curriculum
• Offer individualized guidance to help the student meet academic and social goals
• Work closely with educational staff to ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment

What we’re seeking:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or working with students in an educational or care setting
• Commitment to assisting students of varying abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility and patience in adapting to student needs
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with professionalism at all times

Key responsibilities:

• Assist students throughout the school day with both academic and behavioral support
