Classroom Assistant | Swanzey, New Hampshire

This key position offers regular weekday hours from August 26, 2026, through June 15, 2027, working from 8:40 AM to 3:33 PM.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience as a paraprofessional, teaching assistant, PCA, or in a similar support role in schools
• Familiarity with supporting students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Comfort with personal care tasks, including toileting and daily living assistance
• Ability to adapt and respond quickly to students’ needs
• Strong collaboration skills for working alongside teachers and other professionals
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine commitment to student growth

Your Daily Responsibilities:

• Assist students academically within the classroom setting
• Provide personal care, including toileting and other hygiene needs
• Support individualized instruction based on IEP goals
• Encourage student participation and independence in school activities
• Communicate effectively with classroom teachers and support staff
• Monitor, document, and report student progress
