Paraprofessional – Michigan

Schedule: Full-Time | School Year

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Meets Michigan paraprofessional requirements
• Previous experience working with children preferred
• Ability to support students with academic, behavioral, and/or special education needs

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with classroom instruction and daily activities
• Provide one-on-one and small-group student support
• Support behavior management and student engagement
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
