Soliant is hiring a full-time School Paraprofessional for the upcoming school year. This is a great opportunity to support students and make a direct impact in a classroom setting.

JOB DETAILS
Contract Duration: Full 2026–2027 school year
Schedule: 35 hours per week (daily schedule varies by school)
Setting: On-site only
Student Population: K–12 (primarily elementary needs)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide behavioral support for students with individualized behavior plans
Assist students with daily routines, including bath rooming/toileting needs
Support classroom instruction and student engagement
Track student progress and assist with Medicaid billing and data collection (training provided)

QUALIFICATIONS
Must meet ONE of the following requirements:
Completed at least 60 college credit hours
OR Associates degree or higher
OR Passed ParaPro Assessment (minimum score 460)
OR SAT scores meeting required thresholds
Comfortable supporting behavioral needs and personal care tasks
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable and professional in a school setting

COMPENSATION:

$19–22 per hour (based on experience)
