Paraprofessional

We are seeking a caring and dependable Paraprofessional to support teachers in providing a positive and engaging learning environment. The Paraprofessional will assist with classroom instruction, provide individual and small-group support, monitor student progress and behavior, and help meet the academic, social, and emotional needs of students.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or paraprofessional certification preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and families.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and support a positive learning environment.
