Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience as a paraprofessional or teacher’s aide in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to assist with classroom management and organization

- Capable of following teacher instructions and supporting individualized learning plans
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in education or child development is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to teachers in general education or special education classrooms
- Assist students with assignments, activities, and transitions throughout the school day
- Implement instructional strategies under teacher guidance
- Foster a safe, respectful, and encouraging learning environment
- Help manage classroom behavior and facilitate social development
- Support students with special needs, including personal care if required
- Participate in team meetings and contribute observations related to student progress
