Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional in a K-12 school setting is strongly preferred
• Ability to work effectively with students requiring varied academic and behavioral support
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Capable of working under the direction of certified teaching staff
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or paraprofessional certification a plus
• Capacity to adapt quickly and maintain a calm, supportive demeanor

• Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students
• Help with classroom management and behavior guidance
• Support students with special needs or English language learners
