Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Previous experience working as a paraprofessional or in a supportive classroom role
• Ability to adapt to the needs of students from different age groups
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of educational principles and classroom management
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude toward student development
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certification in education is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in classroom management, lesson preparation, and implementation of tailored activities
• Provide direct support to students with diverse abilities, ensuring inclusion and engagement
• Supervise students during classroom, recreational, and transition periods
