Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary students as a dedicated facilitator in a vibrant educational setting. In this on-site role, you will be a critical resource for students in grades K–5, empowering them to access essential speech and communication services delivered virtually by a certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). You’ll serve as the vital link between students and remote clinicians, ensuring sessions run smoothly and effectively.

What You’ll Do:

• Facilitate the delivery of virtual speech therapy for approximately 33 students identified with speech and communication needs.
• Support students during remote therapy, psychology, and related services sessions, acting as their on-site advocate.
• Collaborate closely with remote SLPs to implement individualized support and communicate clearly regarding student progress or technology issues.
• Operate and manage therapy technology—training is provided—assisting students in accessing and engaging with their online clinician.
• Ensure that communication flows efficiently between students, clinicians, and school teams, especially regarding any urgent events or questions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced paraprofessional, especially within school settings, preferred.
• Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new digital platforms (training provided if needed).
• Strong communicator, both with students and professional staff.
• Resourceful, patient, and supportive approach; adaptable to dynamic school environments.
• Availability for a full school year (ASAP to May 26, 2027), 35 hours per week.
