• High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or relevant certifications are a plus)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers with classroom management and instructional activities
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students requiring extra help
• Encourage student participation and engagement in lessons and classroom routines
• Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere for students
• Monitor student progress and report any concerns to teaching staff
• Support students during transitions, mealtimes, and other school activities as needed
