Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Previous experience supporting children in educational or care settings strongly preferred
• Teacher Assistants must hold valid New York State certification
• Teacher Aides do not require certification
• Comfort with providing hands-on care, including diapering for small children
• Familiarity with positive behavior support strategies is a plus
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
• References from previous managers must be completed prior to interview consideration

Role Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers in classroom instructional activities and student supervision
