• Previous experience as a Paraprofessional in educational settings
• Familiarity with one-on-one support for students with unique learning needs
• PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System) training or hands-on experience preferred, though not required

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to creating a positive educational environment

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and small group support to students as directed by classroom staff
• Assist with academic, behavioral, and/or social learning activities

• Support students’ use of communication aids such as PECS (where applicable)
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all school policies
