Classroom Assistant | Trumansburg, New York

Openings are available for both certified Teacher Assistants and non-certified Teacher Aides. Certified Teacher Assistants will work approximately 36.25 hours per week (with a daily 30-minute unpaid lunch break), while non-certified Teacher Aides will work 32.5 hours per week (with a 30-minute unpaid lunch). This assignment is expected to last for 13 weeks, with potential for extension based on needs.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• For Teacher Assistants: Must hold valid New York State Teaching Assistant Certification
• For Teacher Aides: No certification required, but prior experience supporting students is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Reliability and flexibility to adapt to changing classroom needs
• Enthusiasm for working with a diverse student population
