What you’ll bring:

• Experience working in school-based settings and familiarity with K-12 caseloads
• Flexibility to work onsite between the hours of 7:15 AM and 4:00 PM (specific schedules vary)
• Comfort supporting students with special needs, behavioral challenges, and those requiring assistance with elopement issues, toileting/diapering, and occasional physical outbursts
• High school diploma (required)
• Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain—resources available)
• Ability to complete Pennsylvania clearances for employment
• Reliable transportation to and from school sites
• Completed professional references
• Willingness to work within urban environments
• BT (Behavior Technician) candidates are also encouraged to apply

Your key responsibilities include:

• Providing direct 1:1 support to students throughout the school day
• Assisting students with daily routines, academic engagement, and personal care as needed
• Collaborating closely with educators and support staff to implement behavior strategies
• Maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment
