As an After-School Instructor, you'll facilitate curriculum delivery and create a lively, supportive atmosphere where growth—both personal and professional—thrives. The position offers an excellent opportunity to practice classroom management, refine instructional methods, and inspire students through innovative activities.

Desired Qualifications:

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children or student groups
• Three positive work or character references
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds for material transport
• Willingness to complete (or have completed) the Instructional Assistant Exam, unless exempt with relevant education
• Clean Livescan background and current TB test required

Preferred Experience:

• Background in science (biology, chemistry, physics) or engineering
• Science lab skills
• Creative performance abilities—skits, costumes, storytelling
• Progress towards a teaching credential or completed teaching credential is a major plus
