Desired Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a paraprofessional or behavior aide in a school setting
- Strong understanding of positive behavior intervention strategies
- Ability to assist students with academic and social skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, compassion, and adaptability
- High school diploma or equivalent (associates degree or completed paraprofessional testing preferred)
- Willingness to undergo background checks as required by the district
