Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or college coursework in education a plus
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all situations
• Adaptability to dynamic school environments and daily routines
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training or workshops

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom support by assisting teachers with instructional activities and material preparation
• Offer one-on-one or small group assistance to students, reinforcing lessons and fostering understanding
• Help manage classroom behaviors and maintain a supportive learning atmosphere
• Support students with special needs, following outlined plans and accommodations
• Supervise students during non-classroom times, ensuring safety and engagement
