Key Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher is a plus
• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in an educational setting preferred

• Patience, adaptability, and a genuine desire to support the varied needs of students

What You’ll Do:

• Support teachers in classroom management, instruction, and lesson implementation
• Assist students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts
• Provide dedicated help to students with special needs or individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Guide, supervise, and encourage students during classroom and transition times
• Assist with preparing learning materials and maintaining an organized classroom environment
• Record and document student progress as directed by lead teachers
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities
