• Background or experience supporting K-5 student learning, ideally within a life-skill-based curriculum.

• Commitment to building positive relationships with students, staff, and families.
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills to meet classroom needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support students in academic, social, and daily life-skill development throughout the school day.
• Assist lead teachers with classroom management, instructional activities, and implementation of lesson plans.
• Foster an inclusive atmosphere by providing one-on-one or small group support for diverse learners.
• Help with classroom setup, organization, and maintaining a safe, supportive learning environment.
