• Aptitude for providing one-on-one support to meet individual student needs

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting a designated elementary student in daily academic activities and classroom participation
• Promoting the student’s engagement, independence, and social development
• Working under teacher and staff supervision to implement instructional plans
• Observing and documenting student progress, behaviors, and challenges
• Supporting a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom experience

Successful candidates can anticipate compensation ranging from $20 to $24 per hour. Additionally, those eligible may receive healthcare benefits along with housing and meals/incidentals provided for the duration of the contract.
