What you'll bring:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional in school environments
• Strong skills in managing and supporting students with behavioral challenges

• Ability to handle situations involving spitting and attempts to undress, maintaining the student’s dignity
• Reliability and punctuality for early morning and afternoon shifts

Your responsibilities:

• Travel with the student each day during the designated bus routes, supervising her throughout the ride
• Implement behavior management techniques as directed by school staff
• Support the student in maintaining appropriate conduct and personal boundaries while in transit
• Maintain detailed communication with teachers, bus drivers, and parents as needed
• Ensure a safe, positive environment on the bus for the student and those around her
