Classroom Assistant | Warwick, Rhode Island

Multiple placements are available at high school, middle school, and elementary levels, all conveniently located near Warwick, RI. Positions are open at various school sites:

• High school: 5 openings, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 2:15 p.m.
• Middle school: 3 openings, Monday to Friday, 7:05 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
• Elementary school: 12 openings, Monday to Friday, either 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. or 9:15 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

The contract runs from August 31, 2026, through June 10, 2027, for a total of 32 hours per week.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current RI TA Certification or active CNA license with schools experience
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude
• Previous experience working with children in an academic setting
• Strong sense of responsibility and reliability

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct classroom support to teachers and students
• Assist with individualized learning plans and small group activities
• Help supervise students to ensure a safe, positive environment
• Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development
