With a start date as soon as possible and a term extending through June 2027, you’ll work closely with educators, assist children in their academic and behavioral development, and build meaningful connections each day. The weekly commitment is a consistent 32 hours, allowing you to engage fully with students and staff.

Key Qualifications:

• Current RI TA Certification required
• Previous experience as a Paraprofessional in schools preferred
• Collaborative mindset and skill in supporting classroom instruction
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in multiple school settings
• Dedication to student well-being and fostering an inclusive learning environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work alongside classroom teachers to implement instructional activities
• Support students individually and in small groups—academically, socially, and behaviorally
• Assist in managing classroom routines and maintaining a positive learning atmosphere
• Adapt strategies and materials to meet varied student needs
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and daily activities
• Collaborate with instructional teams and participate in school-wide initiatives
