What You'll Do:

• Provide targeted support for special education students in alignment with their IEP and PPT requirements
• Assist with instructional activities as guided by the classroom teacher
• Engage in proactive supervision, fostering a safe and supportive learning atmosphere
• Perform one-on-one care and support, which may include assisting with toileting
• Communicate and collaborate with educational staff and specialists to enhance student outcomes
• Adapt to daily classroom needs and contribute positively to a team-focused environment

What We Seek:

• Demonstrated experience as a Paraprofessional or in a related educational support role
• Valid Paraprofessional Certificate or an Associate's degree (or at least 60 college credits)
• Reliable, flexible, and motivated to make a daily difference
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
