Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience as a paraprofessional, teaching assistant, or working with students in an educational or care setting
- Ability to implement teacher-directed activities and support students one-on-one or in small groups

- Familiarity with classroom routines, basic academic support, and behavior management strategies
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework or relevant certifications preferred
