Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Prior experience working as a paraprofessional or similar support role in a school setting
• Completion of state-mandated trainings

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized 1:1 assistance to students, helping them stay engaged and succeed academically
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement educational plans

• Monitor progress, provide regular feedback, and maintain accurate documentation as requested
