What we’re looking for:

• Relevant experience as a Paraprofessional or similar support staff role in a school setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and students

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certification is a plus)
• Capability to assist with classroom activities and provide academic, behavioral, or physical support as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Work one-on-one or with small groups of students to reinforce lessons and provide guidance
• Support classroom teachers in instructional and non-instructional tasks
• Assist students with assignments, behavioral goals, and daily routines
• Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment
• Monitor student progress, helping track achievements and identify needs
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development as required
• Maintain confidentiality and promote the school’s values
