• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist individual or small groups of students with assignments and activities
• Encourage positive social interaction and model appropriate behavior
• Implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students as needed
• Supervise students in various settings such as buses, cafeterias, and playgrounds
• Provide general classroom organization and preparation
