1:1 Pediatric Classroom Assistant | Watsonville, California

Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Previous experience working as a paraprofessional in schools
• Familiarity with 1:1 student support, particularly in pediatric settings
• Background in managing aggressive behaviors in children
• Willingness to assist with toileting and personal care as needed
• Strong sense of reliability and a commitment to the student’s success
• Ability to remain calm and supportive under pressure
• Team-oriented mindset and clear communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated, compassionate support to an elementary student
