Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or educational aide preferred
• Passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs, including exceptional children
• Reliable, communicative, and adaptable in a dynamic classroom environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further training or certification is a plus
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, students, and staff
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver dedicated 1:1 support for students under the guidance of classroom teachers
• Assist EC TA’s in implementing instructional strategies and individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Support classroom management and help maintain a positive, supportive learning atmosphere
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
• Help with classroom preparation, activities, and transitions throughout the school day
• Ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students
