Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience working as a Paraprofessional in a school environment preferred
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and other support personnel
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Patience and adaptability when supporting students of varying needs
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or relevant certifications a plus
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers with the implementation of lesson plans and activities
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, including those with special needs
• Foster an inclusive, positive learning environment
• Monitor student progress and offer feedback to educators
• Support students with behavioral, social, and physical needs under teacher supervision
• Help maintain classroom organization and safety
