Desired Qualifications:

• Experience as a school Paraprofessional or in a similar educational support role
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with students in various educational settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support teachers and engage positively with students
• Ability to follow directions and collaborate as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent (additional educational background a plus)
• Patience, flexibility, and a genuine commitment to student success

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom support to teachers and assist with instructional activities
• Work one-on-one or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts
• Help to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
• Assist with classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment
• Support students with tasks throughout the school day, fostering independence and growth
• Communicate student progress and challenges to instructional staff
