Instructional Assistant - West Chester, PA

• Basic understanding of classroom management and instructional support

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with classroom instruction, activities, and lessons
• Support students with academic assignments, organization, and engagement
• Help manage classroom behaviors and foster a positive learning environment
• Prepare learning materials and set up instructional spaces
• Monitor student progress and communicate observations to teachers
• Carry out additional duties as assigned based on classroom and student needs
