Instructional Aide - West Lebanon, NH

Key Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in classroom assistance strongly preferred
• Comfortable working with high school students
• Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to support diverse learners
• No specific certifications or specialized training required
• Reliable, punctual, and able to collaborate with staff and students

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with classroom management and instructional support
• Provide direct academic and behavioral guidance to students as needed
• Support the individualized needs of students, helping foster an inclusive environment
• Monitor student progress and help with assignments both in groups and individually
• Communicate effectively with teaching staff about student needs and successes
• Maintain a safe, respectful classroom atmosphere conducive to learning
