Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with adult transition program students, guiding them through daily learning and activities
- Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral strategies as directed by supervising teachers
- Promote and reinforce essential life and social skills to foster greater independence
- Monitor, supervise, and facilitate student participation throughout the school day
- Support transitions between classroom, vocational, and community activities
- Accurately document progress and communicate observations to the educational team
