In this contract role, you’ll work closely with a student exhibiting significant behavioral needs related to autism, offering focused, compassionate assistance that empowers growth and inclusion. While this role requires behavioral expertise, it is not an RBT position and does not require BCBA supervision. You’ll collaborate directly with intervention specialists and school administrators, becoming an important member of a multidisciplinary support team.

Ideal candidates bring:

• Demonstrated experience in school-based behavioral intervention
• Strong background applying and implementing individual behavior intervention plans
• Proven de-escalation skills and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations
• Experience supporting students with intensive emotional or behavioral needs, preferably within autism programs
• Ability to work collaboratively with intervention teams and building administration
• Excellent communication, patience, and relationship-building skills
• High school diploma or GED (relevant certification or training preferred)
